Design & Engineering

Prototyping & Sampling

Your idea becomes something you can physically interact with.

We produce prototypes using materials like plastic, sheet metal, CNC machined parts, resin, aluminum, and more.

This phase helps validate:

  • Fit

  • User experience

Phase 3A

Prototype Tooling

For early production or testing, we offer cost-friendly tooling made from lighter, less expensive materials.

Ideal for:

  • Short runs

  • Limited testing

  • Design validation before full investment

Phase 3B

Production Tooling

When you're ready for scale, we move to durable, high-quality steel tooling.

This stage ensures:

  • High-volume manufacturing

  • Material reliability

  • Consistent part quality
